Why does a dry kit have two selenoids???

One to increase fuel pressure in the FMU and the other to allow the N2O to flow. Basically, the first is simply a safety precaution so that you have far less chance of running lean.
You could actually run a dry kit with only ONE solenoid, but it is kinda risky.
